Alright. What I have in mind, is actually not a dream. It's more of a sensation I get when I'm asleep.
As the title suggests, I feel like I'm falling off something- a building; a cliff; stairs, etc. It's just weird because the dreams I have when I get these sensations actually correspond. For example, a nightmare I have alot- someone's chasing me, they catch me, tackle etc, and somehow we're at the top of a building and I'm about to fall off the roof. When the evil person eventually pushes me off, I can physically feel the weightlessness. Just as I start experiencing that weightlessness, I regain consciousness and I am filled to the brim with fear of falling off my bed. But then I realise, I am no where near the edge of my bed.
So yeah. Pretty weird. I hate those sensations. Not very nice. It also makes me feel very tired the next day (or maybe its just a mental thing)!

How odd, I get that as well...the problem is that instead of feeling like I'm falling...well an example was that I was feeling like I was on a skateboard and doing a jump. Suddenly I regained consciousness and my arm started flailing and just hit the wall twice. Happens every now and then, quite annoying really.
haha. skateboarding!
i know that feeling. you're falling and just before u hit the ground you wake up with a gasp.
i've also had times where i felt like i was drowning (ironic, huh?) and actually losing breath.. i can only assume i'd covered my mouth/nose somehow in my sleep?
