One of my greatest fears - being buried alive. In general, I have a very good relationship with my parents. I love them, they superly love me.
I dreamt once, that one of my parents had passed away. I flung open the coffin lid at the funeral and started crying while slumped over the body. I cry and cry for ages, until I eventually fall asleep. When I wake up later on, I discover that I am in an airtight container with the body underground.
Sheer terror takes a grip on me. It's really frightening. The feeling of being trapped. It's rather ironic. I have the freedom to move, wave my arms about and leave the house, but in my sleep, I'm stuck. I can't move.
When I wake, I'm gripping onto the bedsheets. My pillow is usually wet from tears. I HATE crying in my sleep. Puffy eyes...
Why do people have nightmares? This is something I actually want to know..

Falling Sensation..
Alright. What I have in mind, is actually not a dream. It's more of a sensation I get when I'm asleep.
As the title suggests, I feel like I'm falling off something- a building; a cliff; stairs, etc. It's just weird because the dreams I have when I get these sensations actually correspond. For example, a nightmare I have alot- someone's chasing me, they catch me, tackle etc, and somehow we're at the top of a building and I'm about to fall off the roof. When the evil person eventually pushes me off, I can physically feel the weightlessness. Just as I start experiencing that weightlessness, I regain consciousness and I am filled to the brim with fear of falling off my bed. But then I realise, I am no where near the edge of my bed.
So yeah. Pretty weird. I hate those sensations. Not very nice. It also makes me feel very tired the next day (or maybe its just a mental thing)!

earliest nightmare
this is a recurring nightmare that i've had since i was a child. it's pretty weird.
setting: road intersection. boutique at the corner of the intersection. CLAYMATION - very weird. i think as a kid, i watched too much postman pat.
so my mum and i are standing at the intersection lights, waiting to cross the road to go to a boutique. i assume the boutique sells clothes. it has a white banner with "SALE" written in red letters draped across the front window.
i'm eating an icecream cone, so i can't enter the shop. i wait outside and look through the window. mum walks in, and for a few seconds, i'm just looking into the shop.
then i start inching back from the large shop window. i start crying, and then a gunshot is heard. alot of red (claymation) blood splashes onto the window from the inside, and starts soaking into the "SALE" sign. soon the word cannot be seen and blood dribbles down the window.
its freaky. a result of watching too many TVB crime dramas.
